Head Of Deparment: Japanese
 

HOD Japanese, permanent position commencing Term 2.
We require a highly motivated and committed teacher to teach at one of New Zealand's leading boys' school.

Immigration
 
New Zealand or Australian citizens or permanent residents seeking positions in New Zealand do not require work or residence permits. All other immigrant teachers require permits.
 
Overseas Qualifications
 
All overseas trained teachers require a New Zealand Qualifications Authority assessment for salary purposes. The website for further information and the guide and application form is

Teacher Registration
 
After you have received your NZQA assessment you can apply to the Teachers' Council to process your application for registration.

International Relocation Grant
 
An international relocation grant is an incentive to attract overseas trained and New Zealand trained teachers living overseas to teaching positions in New Zealand. There are conditions, and this grant, if applicable, can be applied for once teaching in New Zealand has commenced.
