CULTURAL WEEK 2010

Art students pulled out the stops this year with their artistic interventions around school for Cultural Week. A digital compilation of photography work was displayed all week in the street and senior photography students produced photographic light painting portraits a sample of which you see below.

By the end of the week the portraits became quite adventurous and experimental and fantastic images were made.

Sculptural Interventions

Cultural Week saw Sculpture students setting up temporary installations around the "street" and in the auditorium. Students used thousands of humble Post-It notes to create mosaics and a sculpture which certainly got people talking. We will never look at a Post-It note in the same way again.
